Health is a life's work.
Health is not just workouts or diets. It's learning to care for your body, honor its seasons, and share that knowledge so we all live stronger, longer, and better together.
The why behind everything.
Building confident, capable people for life.
My mission is to help people build and maintain a healthy relationship with exercise, movement, health, and their body. Through education and hands-on experience, I guide clients in developing the confidence to navigate any situation they face with their body. The ultimate goal: to remain strong, capable, and independent throughout life.
A world that truly understands health.
My vision extends beyond individual coaching. I am striving to create a global population that truly understands what health is — how the body works, how to care for it, and how to adapt through every season of life. If this process takes root, we create a ripple effect that raises collective health awareness worldwide.
What this mission includes.
This isn't an abstract idea. It's an active, ongoing commitment to changing how the world relates to health — one person, one session, one community at a time.
"When clients learn to truly understand their bodies and share that knowledge — the impact multiplies. It starts with one person finding their switch."
Where the light switch
comes from.
In undergrad, Katie printed a quote and taped it directly above her room's light switch — so she'd see it every single time she entered or left. The quote asked:
"Look around you and look inside you. How many people do you think are settling? I will tell you; a hell of a lot of people. People are settling everyday into okay relationships and okay jobs and an okay life. And do you know why? Because okay is comfortable."
It went on: "Okay isn't thrilling, it isn't passion, it isn't the reason you get up everyday and it isn't life-changing or unforgettable. Okay is not the reason you risk absolutely everything you've got just for the smallest chance that something absolutely amazing could happen."
That quote reminded her — every single day — that she had a choice. That she didn't have to settle for okay. That the opportunity to make something different of her life was always right there, on the wall, waiting.
Katie believes she can help people find their light switch again.
The OG. Katie's actual dorm room — the quote above the light switch.
