New Exercisers & Active Aging
Designed for new exercisers, older adults, or individuals with movement challenges. More seated activity and an intentional, accessible pace throughout.
A Range of Fitness Levels
Modifications offered for all abilities. Expect a 50/50 mix of seated and standing movements. Beginners can still feel completely comfortable here.
Higher Fitness Levels
For those with prior exercise experience in a similar format. Expect higher intensity, advanced exercises, and minimal automatically programmed rest.

Book a One-Time Session
- Click the class name in the schedule above to go directly to the booking link.
- Create a free Acuity account to save payment info and manage sessions.
- Zoom link is sent in your confirmation email after payment.
Set Up a Weekly Recurring Spot
- Don't use the weekly schedule links for recurring bookings.
- Scroll down on this page to Book Class Recurring.
- Select class → date/time → set to repeat → checkout.
- One service type per recurring booking.
