Everything you need to know before booking your first session with Katie — from how remote coaching works to what happens if you have an injury.
Start by clarifying what your goals are and what you're hoping to get out of working with Katie. Once you have those two things identified, read through the service descriptions and book the one that feels most aligned. If you're still unsure, the free 15-minute intro call is the easiest first step — no commitment, just a conversation. You can also email Katie directly at krasinskiperformance@gmail.com with as much detail as possible about your situation.
Yes — new clients are asked to complete the New Client Health Intake Form before their first session. It only needs to be filled out once. You'll also receive a reminder after booking. This helps Katie understand your background and tailor your very first session appropriately.
Wear something comfortable, have water nearby, and find a space where you can move safely. Don't worry about equipment — Katie adapts everything to what you have available. You don't need a gym or any gear. Just a device with a camera, a stable internet connection, and a willingness to show up. Expect to leave feeling supported, not exhausted.
All sessions are conducted via Zoom. Working with Katie online can actually be more efficient than in-person training — you spend less time coordinating schedules and more time focused on your goals. You get the same personalized attention, real-time feedback, and program design as you would in a gym. After booking, Katie will email you a personal Zoom link for 1:1 sessions. Group classes receive a Zoom link in their confirmation email.
No problem at all. Katie designs your workout plan specifically around your situation — whether you're at home with zero equipment, at a fully-stocked gym, or somewhere in between. Outdoor movement and group fitness classes can be incorporated too. The goal is to create a realistic, convenient movement routine you can actually stick to. If you'd like to build out your home setup, Katie has an Amazon equipment list with her recommendations.
1:1 coaching is fully personalized to you — your goals, your health history, your schedule. Katie builds your program from scratch around where your body is right now. Live group classes are instructor-led Zoom sessions open to multiple participants. They follow a structured format and are offered at different levels (L1–L3). Both are excellent options depending on your goals and budget. Many clients do both.
The Video Library is an on-demand collection of movement sessions taught by Katie that you can access anytime — no live schedule required. It's organized by level and category so you can find exactly what your body needs that day. It's a great complement to live coaching or a standalone option if live scheduling doesn't work for you.
If your medical professional has cleared you for movement and exercise, working with Katie is highly beneficial for preventing or managing many common conditions and injuries. Katie specializes in meeting people where they are physically — every movement is modifiable. Bone-on-bone arthritis? Haven't exercised in years? She'll find a safe, effective way to get you moving. Read more about her Coaching Approach.
Absolutely. This is actually where Katie does some of her most meaningful work. She has extensive experience working with older adults and those navigating the aging process — helping people recover from joint replacements, manage chronic conditions, and build the strength and confidence to do the things they love. Her L1 classes and 1:1 sessions are designed with exactly this person in mind. There is always something we can do to improve how your body feels and functions.
Yes — this is a core part of Katie's approach. She holds a Master's degree in Human Movement and Sport Psychology, and she deeply believes that mindset comes before movement. Without addressing how you think and feel about your body and exercise, results rarely stick. Her Mindset & Lifestyle Coaching sessions focus specifically on this — uncovering limiting beliefs, reframing your relationship with health, and building the mental habits that support lasting physical change.
Katie requires 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the session is forfeited. To reschedule, email krasinskiperformance@gmail.com as soon as possible.
If no times work for you, email krasinskiperformance@gmail.com with the subject line Waitlist and Katie will add you to the list and reach out when a spot opens up.

Welcome back! If it's been 3 or more months, book the Reconnection Session — it's a reset to reassess where you are and rebuild momentum together. It's also worth checking the Bulletin Board for any new classes or updates before booking.
